包裝：氧化低密度脂蛋白經膜過濾，無菌包裝于含磷酸鹽緩沖鹽水（pH7.4和0.2mM EDTA-Na2）的氮氣溶液中。
制備：人低密度脂蛋白經超速離心（1.019-1.063g/cc）純化至均一，在37℃PBS中用Cu2SO4（氧化劑）氧化18小時。通過添加過量的EDTA-Na2終止氧化。在瓊脂糖凝膠電泳上分析每批的LDL遷移情況。這些氧化低密度脂蛋白的遷移量是天然低密度脂蛋白的2.0倍。這種氧化型低密度脂蛋白被廣泛應用于研究脂質代謝，但較少誘導細胞凋亡。凋亡誘導請選用我公司生物試劑的高氧化低密度脂蛋白。
TBARS：以丙二醛為標準比色法測定TBARS。

Packaging: Oxidized LDL is membrane filtered and aseptically packaged under nitrogen in a solution containing phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 and 0.2mM EDTA-Na2.
Preparation: Human LDL, which was purified to homogeneity via ultracentrifugation(1.019-1.063g/cc), is oxidized using Cu2SO4 (oxidant) in PBS at 37°C for 18hours. Oxidation is terminated by adding excess EDTA-Na2. Each lot is analyzed on agarose gel electrophoresis for migration versus LDL. This lot of OxLDL migrates 2.0fold further than the native LDL. This type Oxidized LDL is widely used to investigate lipid metabolism, only less induce cell apoptosis. Apoptosis inducement please choose High Oxidized LDL from our company.
TBARS: TBARS is determined colorimetrically by using Malondialdehyde as a standard.
